Football: Week 3 Pick ‘em

Every Thursday, members of the staff, as well as a couple other local media members, will make predictions on the weekend’s games featuring our local San Francisco teams. Please feel free to make your own picks in the comment section and discuss the week’s games.

Last week was a pretty accurate one for all of our “experts.” Stuart Hall’s win over Trinity Christian was the only game that gave the whole group trouble. Still, we want to congratulate the Knights on their first win in school history and for proving us wrong.

It’s a light week. Burton, Lowell, Mission, Riordan, St. Ignatius, Sacred Heart Cathedral and Stuart Hall all have byes. But there is still plenty of football to tide us over before league play begins next week.

Mitch Stephens is still holding the group off, but it’s getting tighter and tighter each week.

Some other interesting notes, four of the six “experts” said Sequoia will score exactly 42 points and Sequoia, McClymonds and Washington are consensus picks.

The picks are listed below along with everyone’s overall and Week 2 records, in order of the standings.
