  1. Waldorf played really dirty and the refs were total BS… Bay should have beat waldorf… They actually played basketball and didn’t cheat
The bcl should not allow for such terrible refs

  2. wasn't there | February 19, 2011 at 6:02 PM |

how do you cheat at basketball?

  3. you push and shove and fall on the ground when no one touches you and pretend you got fouled and get in the other teams faces. I mean I’m all for good defense, but waldorf was playing dirty. the refs have become terrible. these kids just want to play fair basketball, they didnt sign up for football.

  4. The refs were ridiculous!

  5. Good win for BAY Girls BB against IHS! Champs!!!

  6. Waldorf took cheap shots the whole game and didn’t deserve the win.

  7. They also fouled the entire game and didn’t get called for it
It was obvious that their goal was to take out Aubrey… They fouled him repeartedly and the refs didn’t do anything

  8. Shame on the Waldorf Coaches for teaching their good team to play dirty. This win could not have felt
good for Waldorf….they are better then this. Waldorf is good enough they did not need to resort to this type
    of play.

The BCL and the refs have a responsibility to the players to manage the play – there needs to be a formal complaint and review against BCL and the ref’s for both Thursday and Saturday games.
There is film from both games that needs review. A Bay player was seriously injuryed because the
ref’s on Thursday allowed rough play and fouling to go unchecked.
