  1. CCS D-III Boys Soccer: SHC beat Harbor 4-1.

  2. SI squeaks by Riordan in a too-close-for-comfort game

  3. Nice job Waldorf!

  4. MA kept with Uni until the end of the first half. Then they came back and tied the game and lost it again. Then they brought it within 9 and it looked like a comeback but Uni was just too good for them. Uni had control most of the game but had their slip ups. Looking forward to see Noah play better and bigger teams.

  5. what a tough day for the Jewish Community. the boys team losing 71- 27 and the girls team losing 76- 8

  6. 76-8?! WTF?!

    1. How did a team that bad get into the playoffs?
    2. Why did the other team run up the score so much?

What a superfantastic girls game..Mercy vs. Menlo!! Mercy had lost to Menlo twice in season so this was a BIG win. Masoli played ligts out with 28 pts. With 10 seconds to go, down by 4, she hit a 25 footer 3 and then stole the inbound pass from Menlo and saved it from going out of bounds and tipped it to her teammate who was @ the elbow for a the shot that put them up by 1 with 8 seconds left. This had to be one of the best sequences in girls hoops I’ve ever seen.

  8. I wonder if Eastside Prep had any doubts about losing the game.

  9. Well done Coach Wilson and the Irish Boy’s soccer team, this may be the year that they get a well deserved CCS Championship. Congrats to the SI girls, great to see soccer strong in the City. Looking forward to a possible SH v SI boys basketball final, SI beware of the killer Bees of Burlingame, they have been to the final in past 2 years and definitely can not be over looked. I found it very strange the SI boys were not awarded a higher seed then 5 in the CCS soccer, this took away a much needed bye for the team that was coming off a tremendous emotional win over the Bells, how did Miity recive a 4 seed after been beat twice by SI during WCAL? more proof that our City teams are not always getting a fair shake from our southern neighbors when it comes to CCS.

    Go Irish
