Event of the day – AAA swimming finals: No school has dominated any sport in the AAA quite like Lowell has dominated swimming. The Cardinals are seeking their 15th consecutive boys title and 22nd consecutive girls title at City College today, but Washington has been creeping up lately, finishing first in the 2010 regular season in boys and girls, as well as an undefeated boys record this season.

    Based on last week’s standings, SI should be ranked number one in the state of California.
