Boys Soccer: Lowell 3, Marshall 0

The Cardinals (4-0) got goals from Avery Fisher, Max Pollard and Cameron BaSaing to pull into a first-place tie with Balboa in the Academic Athletic Association’s X Division.

The Lowell goal total could have been greater, if not for the standout play from Marshall goalkeeper Aldo Encizo, who made nine saves.

“We had 12 shots on goal and 10 shots off frame, but he denied [our] points over and over,” said Lowell head coach Marcos Estebez.
