The Red Devils (4-1) haven’t exactly been blowing away their competition, but won another close game against the Jayhawks (3-2) to extend their winning streak to four games.

University senior center Amelia King had a season-low 10 points, but had two crucial baskets down the stretch to put the Red Devils on top. The first put University up 47-45 with 2 minutes remaining and the second, with 30 seconds left, put the game out of reach.

Senior guard Kaiza Molina and freshman guard Katie Lo also scored 10 points apiece in the University win.

Girls Basketball: Drew 49, Leadership 16

The Dragons (5-0) remained undefeated behind a solid defensive performance and built a 30-point halftime lead over the Griffins (3-3),

Drew junior Neff Rogers had her fourth straight double-double with a game-high 19 points and 12 rebounds.

Girls Basketball: Mercy 68, El Camino 30
