SI making a statement against a 2 loss Santa Cruz team who lost to St. Francis by 4 to start the season. Should be an interesting game with Jesuit who scraped by Oakland Tech. 54-50. This game is a good barometer for how well the Wildcats will fair entering WCAL play against the likes of SH and Mitty. A win tommorrow, which I think they are capable of, will set the stage for some titantic matchups with SH. Although highly unlikely, I hope the Crusaders can go toe to toe with the big two when they matchup as well. I’d love to see the City schools represent come CCS and Norcal playoff time.

  5. Did I read that right? 9 points in the first half for Santa Cruz?

    • Santa Cruz only scored 2 pts in the 2nd quarter. SI vs SHC basketball game might have a final score of 35-32. 2 great defenses at it.

  6. Lick beat Head-Royce by 12 I believe

  7. Burton Boys- 49
    Mission San Jose- 73

  8. The actual Score for Burton Boys was 57- 62, Mission San Jose won.

  9. From Wed. 12/28:

    Non-league girls basketball tournaments
Westmoor (Daly City) 55, Marshall 30 @ Convent Holiday Classic
