      • I’m sure Washington and their coaches felt terrible…
        Jeremy, I think an interesting story would be to interview Walllenberg’s Athletic Director and figure out why they think it is a good idea to field a varsity team. I saw a game a few weeks ago where they were sending in a kid to play first base and he didn’t even know what he was supposed to do at that position (have his on the bag). Aside from being worthless and not fun for both teams, it doesn’t seem all that safe.

        • It’s certainly something I’ve considered taking a look at over the summer, as a part of an enterprise series we’re planning.
