  1. I have a feeling Galileo will be a sleeper team. They’ll go to playoffs probably with the last seed and won’t really be taken serious, but they might win because the Mission or Lincoln (whoevers 1 seed) might be too overconfident. Unlikely but possible with the talent Gal has. However if everything goes as plan, we are in for a big Turkey Day with Mission vs Lincoln. Demetrius vs Antoine. Ferrigno vs Albano.
Mission and Lincoln are the AAA sport powerhouses this year as Mission is definitely gonna win soccer championship with that Caballero kid and Lincoln will be favorites for basketball with their two 6 foot something Snoddy brothers.

  2. Tough lost for Marshall….but I’m proud of the team. They’re hanging tough!

  3. How can lincoln be favored in basketball? Just because they have brothers over six feet? Don’t count out mission, marshall and lowell when it comes to basketball!

    • Will Marshall have more than 5 or 6 players? Marshall won’t have the big enforcer in the middle anymore. Alot of Mission’s players also graduated, but they still have the best backcourt with Kevin Murray and Porter.

      • But big men win championships. Price Moku for mission in 2010 . Leander Moore for Wash in 2011. and miles Prescott and Shaquille fisher for mission last year. even marshall got to the championships with 6 players just because the had Mark Alexander. The snoddys will be big for Lincoln with their size and experience.
What’s the point of having Porter and Murray if you don’t got anyone else. Mission will only be as good as their role players.

        • Mission will have other people, like Armani McFarland. Not sure who else. AAA teams play little defense with alot of running up and down the court, so the team with the best guards will be there in the end.

        • Are you kidding, Marshall is loaded this year, I mean their loaded! Their Bigger, more athletic, a ton of experience- and a wealth of talent and skill.

Marshall’s roster on maxprep has fifteen players, out of that fifteen players, four are returning starters from last seasons team, with seven of those players listed at six feet and over.

They have a man child at the five position, 6’5 200 pounds also, Preston Deming, who plays the four position, has muscles coming out of his neck and shoulders.

          • Just curious, but how did Marshall get their basketball roster up to 15 when last year their roster had 5 or 6 players? Transfers? And I’m not so sure about Marshall being bigger because their man-child from last year graduated. I do think Marshall will definitely be one of the top 3-4 teams in the AAA, possibly winning an AAA championship if they have good chemistry.
